Chris Thanks for your help on the online chat the other day. The Lama V3, recommended by yourself arrived next day as promised, which as it was ordered at 16:20 was really great. I followed the instructions and after adjusting the RC trims soon had it hovering steady at about 3ft in my lounge. I have managed to keep it in the same spot (within a radius of about 12”) for several minutes before lowering it to the ground. As I have not had a huge success with the simulator (the one that I bought at the same time as the HB King) I was expecting these first flights to be really tricky but flying the Lama (as long as I keep the tail pointing towards me) has proved easy and rewarding. By taking your advice I can spend time flying this around until I reach a standard high enough to move onto the HB King. Having spent over £300 with you I was looking to get some fun back and without spending too much more. Putting the HB King aside for a while is definitely the right way (and cheapest as it would certainly got smashed) to go. Please pass this feedback on to your boss as you have made a customer happy and ensured that I stay loyal to Heliguy. Thanks again.

I had ordered a package and one of the parts was missing, I sent an e-mail to Chris and it was dealt with promptly on Monday morning. On Tuesday at 0900 the missing component arrived.......Well done to you all, any one can make a mistake but it's how it is dealt with that matters. Hi Joel Just to report the Falcon3d arrived as promised Tue 10th and flown in haste. The setup was superb I have had several electric helis this size ie Walkera 35 36 and this is so stable and the gyro settings are great. It gives me more trust in the heli to further my skills straight out of the box. Hope to be 3d soon with more practice.
