Dear Sr: I ordered for first time from your website last week a very small item (lipo battery). I recently got the item, and I am very pleased with your service, on the costumer comment I ask for the item to be send it as a gift and if it was possible I wanted to send me some free merchandise as stickers or magazines, you sent me some hi-tech stickers, It maybe not much for you but for me it means a lot, I felt that all orders are important for you and it makes a difference on the way costumer see your company, specially on economic times like this, when making a costumer happy is more important that the profit and the costumer notices, next time that relationship would be taken into account more than the price on the items. I have been ordering hobby stuff on the internet for a few years and this is the first time that I am complete pleased with the service, since the shipping policies until the very nice detail of the stickers, I am looking forward to do business with you and I'll be telling my hobby mates about you great service. I have always very impressed with everyones' enthusiasm and service at Heliguy. Gary has repaired my helicopters a few times when I have lost control of them.
