Great Signal - Some Concerns

We had this on our S1000+ build. The unit is good quality and fits snugly into the frame. When connected up to screen with HDMI cable a lovely lag free full HD signal gives great image. We have some concern on usage though. The inability to utilise the internal gimbal HDMI cable means an external to gimbal wire is required, this has a tendency to get wrapped around on panning, throwing camera off centre. Have also experienced some issues when S1000+ is at speed, at a gentle pace there is no issue with signal, under quick movement the signal goes completely, returning instantly though when unit stops. We are also experiencing a connection issue with the Atomos Shogun and feed to monitor. Hopefully will be resolved soon.

I requested a repair. Told heliguy what was wrong. He gave me advice. Totaly sorted all my problems so didnt have to send away. I got a response 29 minutes after i messaged.
