LATEST VERSION. The customised smart battery on the DJI Ronin is simple to charge. It’s also easy to install. The 15.2V 4350mAh Lithium Polymer battery automatically balances the voltage in each of the cells while it’s charging and it stops automatically to prevent any damage. It also stops automatically when the voltage drops to 12 volts to prevent damage caused by over discharging. If a short circuit is detected, it will automatically cut the supply. To save power the battery will go into sleep mode after it’s been inactive for more than 10 minutes. It has its own power display to show what the current battery levels are. While it can be charged when the temperature is between zero degrees C and forty five degrees, it will operate between minus fifteen and plus fifty degrees. Depending on the camera rig that is attached and the amount of use the gimbal gets, the expected run time is more than four hours.
PLEASE NOTE, this latest version Ronin Battery 844297 - 4350mAh is for use with new Ronin charger A14-057N1A only and comes with a 3 month warranty as standard
