At the heart of the Bond Backpack is the Cube encoder, a high-profile HEVC encoder that supports bitrates up to 30Mbps, both HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs, and a boot-to-live time of just 20 seconds. H.264 only encoders are also available.
To keep things tidy, there are several locking connector cables to attach your bonding encoder to each Node modem, ensuring your system is always running even if your backpack is dropped or tossed across the room.
To keep you comfortable and your gear operating optimally, a practically silent fan has been integrated to keep hot air out and cool air in.
The backpack is ergonomic, lightweight and weather resistant, allowing the camera operator to focus on the content and not on fatigue or damage from the elements.
Nylon strips on the shoulder straps keep your cables neatly dressed, while the quick-release lock on the front gives quick access to the encoder and battery.
NOTE: To transmit over 3G & 4G you will need to purchase a SIM card (this backpack will take up to four). We recommend the main operators such as EE & Vodafone for the strongest signal strength and compatibility with the system. SIM cards are not available to purchase via Heliguy.
Highly experienced team in their knowledge of drones & very willing to share their expertise with customers & general public. They have a great website with a vast array of kit. Competitively priced & fast delivery service. I can highly recommend them.
Fast delivery considering I bought in-between Christmas & new year. Spot-on item at a great price too.
Excellent service. Online ordering was well executed, product delivery was bang on time, and customer service was print and very helpful. The Osmo Pocket I bought worked as advertised.

Thanks for your help. I think I will design one. I did see one that wraps around the base of the handle and has the tripod screw thread offset to the side. I think I can do better, a hinged bottom plate, with a tripod screw hole in the center and a clasp that inserts into the handle release slot.
Fabulously informative. I'm a professional photography by trade but I'm new to drones and perhaps asked some daft questions but they were replied very professionally and very informatively. Many thanks!

Both my emails where answered to help try and fault find my problem, so I can see if it would be cost affective to repair myself. Before deciding weather it's worth spending too much to have the drone sent in for repair.
