The DJI Mavic Mini doesn't have a "Follow Me" function - which DJI commonly call ActiveTrack.
However, DJI have the potential to add this functionality in at a later date.
There has been no official confirmation that the ActiveTrack feature will appear on the Mavic Mini as of yet - however - given the calls for it to be added from many DJI users - it may be something that arrives in the coming months.
No - the Mavic Mini doesn't have any kind of IP rating, isn't waterproof and shouldn't be flow in rain, snow, high winds or any other kind of precipitation.
You should always fly your drone within the operational limits of that particular drone, and within the local laws and regulations.
No - the Mavic Mini doesn't support DJI Goggles or DJI Goggles Racing Edition.
Support for the Goggles may be added at a later date via app or firmware update, but there has been no official confirmation from DJI that the Mini will ever support any of DJI's FPV Goggles.
If you would like to use the Goggles, we'd suggest looking at a Mavic 2 instead.

The Mavic Mini does not have the ability to shoot in RAW.

No - the Mavic Mini isn't designed as a "trick" drone.
