DJI Flight Simulator

The DJI Flight Simulator is a ground-breaking pilot-training solution, providing an accessible, intuitive and realistic learning experience.

According to DJI, the Flight Simulator sets a new standard for drone-pilot training, paving a new path for the next generation of drone pilots.

Developed with enterprise in mind, this useful training tool creates the most realistic simulated flight experience, allowing pilots to hone their skills without the risks and costs associated with real-life training.

This state-of-the-art training simulator has multiple flight modes, training modules and point of views (POVs), as well as a comprehensive physics engine.

DJI Flight Simulator Key Features

Three training modules and flight modes allow users to develop the skills needed to fly a drone.

Immerse yourself in a real-flight experience with five POVs.

Test your flying ability in various simulated conditions, such as changing weather and day/night flights.

The Flight Simulator supports a wide range of DJI drones.

Windows-based software lets pilots connect to compatible DJI remote controller.

DJI Flight Simulator for real world scenarios

Immersive, authentic flying experience

Discover a world of training scenarios and hone your skills in a real-life environment.

Three training modules - skills training, free flight and application training - allow users to develop the skills needed to pilot a drone for any task.

Skills training offers flight tutorials and basic piloting exercises, such as take off, maneuvering and hovering.

Free flight mode gives pilots the chance to log virtual hours behind the stick while exploring a variety of scenes.

Application training is designed for pilots preparing for industry-specific jobs, such as power-line inspections or search and rescue missions. The electricity-pylon module trains pilots to carry out routine inspections and identify random fault points. The search and rescue module teaches users how to fly in complex terrain, understand the Mini-Map for navigation, plan missions around battery life, fly at range and move the camera for best search visibility.

Hone skills in a safe environment

Flight Simulator accurately models the way each drone performs in a real-life scenario, allowing users to practice without the risks or consequences of mishandling.

Three flight modes are available and are identical to the ones on an actual drone. These are position mode, sport mode and the more challenging attitude mode.

Five POVs - pilot first-person view (FPV), remote-control view, drone FPV, drone-follow view and third person - lets the user immerse themselves in a flight experience, just as they would in real life.

Using a sophisticated physics engine, DJI Flight Simulator can also simulate various flight conditions, such as changing day/night cycles, various wind speeds and weather conditions. It can also mimic ground effects and simulated crashes.
