How do you install the lights to the Launch Pad?

Simply thread the lights through the hoops on the edge of the pad and tie the ends together. The power pack should be in the highlighted position, fixed with velcro. 

How do I power the lights?

3AA batteries will power the lights for up to 50 hours.
