Good Case, with room for improvement.

The B&W case itself is excellent. I would say on par with Peli products. The latches and hinges are nice and solid, and I have full confidence in the waterproof seal. The foam insert is good quality and well fitted to both the case and Mavic parts. However, the layout design could do with some work. The space for storing spare props only has room for two, not a full set, and there is easily room to extend this, but instead there is a jobless shallow cut out bellow it instead. The SD card is arguably pointless, unless you store your MicroSD cards in their full size adaptors. Also, the UK power adaptor doesn’t properly fit in either of the larger slots, clearly it was designed for the smaller European two pin plug version. It does fit, however leaves a mark in the foam.

Overall I am more than happy with the case.

B&W Mavic pro hard case

I ordered and received the B&W Mavic pro hard case within 1 day from heliguy, usual first class service from these guys. The case is first class and ticks all the boxes for me. Everything I need to go flying I can safely put in this case. The only gripe if there is one is that there is no room for a iPad or iPad mini but not really a problem.

Well, it was a bad situation for us because the enterprise was not working from the begining. We kept trying to use it because it would work right and then stop working. (We thought we were doing something wrong) It took several days longer to get a response from your people too. I was under pressure from my work to get this project done with thermal imagining of a lot of roofs. However, I would say that once I was able to talk to Mike about the problem, he was very quick in getting things corrected. All of my emails had quick responses and when I talked to a person, they seemed to really care about helping me out. I get the sense that they really do have good customer service and care about the customer. I was having a unique problem and it just took them a little while to figure out what they were going to do about it.
