We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and maximising sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Sales and Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
A typical day will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and professional responses via phone, email or in person, to ensure a positive customer experience by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Sales Generation
- Actively engage with potential customers, promoting our products and services to drive sales growth.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, and benefits.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate product information and address customer inquiries.
Order Processing
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, including accurate order entry, tracking, and resolution of any order-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
CRM Management
- Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Assist customers with problem-solving related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in providing technical support is an advantage.
