You must activate your DJI Pocket 2 in order to use all the creative features the DJI MIMO App provides. The DJI MIMO App has a variety of intelligent modes you can choose from to unleash your creative potential.

- Download the DJI MIMO App
Download the DJI MIMO App to gain access to all the creative features it affords you.
- Press and Hold Power Button
The Power Button is located on the right hand side of the DJI Pocket 2. Simply press and hold this Power Button and the DJI Pocket 2 will power on.
- Remove DJI Pocket 2 Cover
The DJI Pocket 2 comes with the cover attached. Remove the cover to attach the Smartphone Adapter.
- Attach DJI Pocket 2 Smartphone Adapter
The Smartphone Adapter will slide on easily with minimal pressure asserted. Inside your DJI Pocket 2 Accessories Box you'll get an Apple adapter and a USB-C adapter.
- Connect your Smartphone
Connect your chosen smartphone to the DJI Pocket 2 Adapter.
- DJI MIMO App
The DJI MIMO App will launch automatically when you plug in your smartphone. This only occurs when you have the DJI MIMO App already installed prior to plugging in your smartphone.
- Give Authorisation Access
Authorise access to continue.
- Sign up or Login
You can now sign up for a DJI account or login if you already have one.
- Tap Activate
Simply tap Activate in order to activate your DJI Pocket 2.
