How to get set up DJI FlightHub 2 On-prem with Heliguy

As a DJI-certified Dock partner, heliguy™ can help you set up FlightHub 2 On-prem.

We offer guidance from the initial consultation to getting your server up and running, and provide on-going technical support.

What does the process look like?

1. Initial consultation: Speak with a member of our team to discuss your software requirements. We'll advise on the best setup for your operations.

2. Server choice: During your consultation you’ll decide whether you’ll store your data on your own server or use heliguy’s™ secure server.

3. Purchase and activation: Once you purchase a licence, you'll receive your activation key via email within 48 hours.

4. Account setup: Use the activation key to enable your FlightHub 2 On-prem account.

5. Implementation Phase: This consists of system configuration and pre-production testing to ensure your server is fully operational and secure before going live.

6. Live Operations: With testing complete, your server is now ready to go live. It is fully configured, validated and prepared for operational use.

7. Ongoing support: We’re always here to provide technical support for your server and FlightHub operations.
