Is the equipment repaired or replaced by heliguy™?
Our policy states that we will repair or replace, whichever is most viable, and, on most occasions, this will be done by us in-house.
However, in some cases, we may need to send the damaged product to DJI to complete the repair.
If we do need to send it to DJI, this process can take up to 3-5 weeks to complete. heliguy™ can facilitate the export of drone equipment to DJI.
