Pre-flight Preparations

  4. Prepare the aircraft: Unfold the arms, allowing the aircraft to power on automatically.

  5. Inspect the propellers: Check for any damage or debris on the propellers.

  6. Position the aircraft: Place it on flat ground with the rear facing you.

  7. Avoid unsuitable surfaces: Do not take off or land on sandy or grassy areas to prevent damage to the propellers or gimbal.

  8. Set the flight mode: Toggle the Flight Mode Switch on the remote controller to N-mode.

  9. Attach the control sticks: Remove the sticks from the storage slots and mount them on the remote controller.

  10. Secure the smartphone: Ensure the smartphone is clamped securely and connected to the remote controller.

  11. Power on the remote controller: Press and hold the power button for two seconds to turn it on.

  12. Launch the DJI Fly app: Open the app to access flight controls and settings.

Auto Take-off

  2. Release the sticks: Once the motors are spinning, release both sticks simultaneously.

RTH & Landing

  1. Initiate RTH: Tap the RTH icon in the app, then press and hold the RTH icon in the pop-up window, or press and hold the RTH button on the remote controller.

  2. Return and land: The aircraft will return to the Home Point and land automatically.

  3. Cancel RTH: Tap the Cancel icon on the left of the camera view or press the Flight Pause button on the remote controller.

  4. Regain control: After cancelling RTH, resume manual control of the aircraft.

  5. Land the aircraft: Tap the RTH icon, then press and hold the Land icon in the pop-up window to automatically land.4o
