Pre-configuration safety precautions
Detach the propellers before making adjustments to prevent accidental motor startup.
Ensure all components are securely installed before connecting to Betaflight.
Connecting the Flight Controller
Power on the aircraft and connect the flight controller board to a computer using a data cable.
Open Betaflight and confirm the correct COM port.
Set the baud rate to 115200.
Click Connect to access the flight controller settings page.
Port configurations
Navigate to the Port Configurations section.
Ensure the UART Serial Port settings are correctly assigned for the serial receiver.
Set Peripherals to MSP+Displayport.
Click Save and Reboot to restart the flight controller.
Receiver settings
Open the Receiver Page in Betaflight.
Set Receiver Mode to Serial-based receiver.
Select SBUS as the Serial Receiver Protocol.
