Terrasolid update: Support for DJI Zenmuse L3 drone LiDAR data
A firmware update brings post-processing support for the DJI Zenmuse L3 drone LiDAR payload. Use Terrasolid for point cloud cleaning and classification.
The Terrasolid ecosystem continues to evolve — now offering a streamlined post-processing workflow for the DJI Zenmuse L3.
Testing the recently-updated TerraScan Wizard, we took a raw L3 dataset from DJI Terra and conducted cleaning and classification, including:
Splitting trajectories and trimming overlap — reducing the point count by 61%.
Classifying the dataset into a range of different point classes, including low, medium, and high vegetation.
Generating a DTM in TerraModeler.
This support for the DJI Zenmuse L3 is a valuable addition for Terrasolid users.
