Native 1K thermal: 1280 × 1024 resolution, 8 μm pixel pitch, an f/0.85 lens and ≤50 mK sensitivity.

UHR Infrared Image: Real-time 2560 × 2048 thermal video at 30 fps, plus up to 32× thermal digital zoom.

Radiometric measurement: Spot and area measurement from -20°C to 150°C (High Gain) and 0°C to 550°C (Low Gain), saved as R-JPEG.

Triple 50 MP cameras: 1/0.98-inch wide, 1/1.28-inch 70 mm medium tele and 1/1.5-inch 252 mm tele.

176× hybrid zoom: A 252 mm tele camera with an RYYB sensor that captures 30% more light, able to read licence plates from 400 m. In good light, it switches to an 8K mode at 26× and above for extra clarity.

Enhanced night vision: Full-colour night vision on all three visual cameras, in light as low as 0.01 lux, with Night Scene mode up to ISO 1,638,400. Monochrome night vision on the tele camera at 11× and above, with an NIR auxiliary light that illuminates up to 100 m.

3 km laser rangefinder: Measure distance to targets up to 3,000 m away. Mark and share target positions, and measure lines and areas, such as a wildfire front.

Fusion and multi-camera views: Thermal-visible fusion in PIP or Overlay mode, with edge enhancement, and up to 11 split-screen layouts. Save up to four images per capture (wide, tele, thermal and fusion).

Rotating LiDAR: A top-mounted 360° LiDAR with a 110 m measurement range and up to 460,000 points per second.

Wire-level obstacle sensing: Senses transmission lines (21.6 mm) at up to 21 m/s and distribution lines (12 mm) at up to 15 m/s when facing them directly.

Three-directional mmWave radar: Forward, upward and downward, detecting a 10 mm wire at up to 40 m ahead.

Full-colour omnidirectional vision: A six-directional fisheye vision system and a full-colour assist view for better awareness of your surroundings, plus a downward ToF sensor.

Sensor-fusion positioning: LiDAR and vision keep missions running where GNSS is weak or RTK has no fix, such as under bridges.

IP55-rated: Protected against dust and water jets. Fly in rain up to 100 mm/24 h.

Wide operating range: -20°C to 50°C, 12 m/s wind resistance and a 7,000 m max takeoff altitude with standard propellers. Anti-ice propellers are also supported.

Airspace awareness: A built-in ADS-B receiver alerts you to nearby crewed aircraft, and a new Remote ID receiver detects nearby DJI drones.

Open edge AI: Built-in AI detects 20+ target types onboard, analysing visible and thermal imagery in parallel. It recognises people (including clothing colour), vehicle and vessel types, animals, smoke and fire, and moving heat sources. 10 TOPS of onboard computing also runs third-party algorithms.

Automated power line inspection: The top-mounted LiDAR tracks conductors and ground wires, so the aircraft follows the line's sag automatically as it flies sideways, with no pre-built 3D model or RTK required. Spot broken strands and foreign objects with less manual workload.

Boat Launch: Shipborne takeoff and landing for maritime operations, using a landing point pattern and Dynamic Home Point.

DJI FlightHub 2: Multimodal object detection, plus remote control of the aircraft, gimbal camera, PSDK accessories and routes.

Custom Pilot 2 plugins: Third-party plugin support in DJI Pilot 2 for workflows tailored to your operation.

Open developer ecosystem: Supports Payload SDK, Mobile SDK and Cloud API for custom integrations.

AL2 SpotLight, spot and flood: A 60 W light, nearly double the power of the DJI AL1, with integrated spot and flood modes, lighting up to 1,500 m² at 100 m in flood mode.

Lighting and strobe modes: Flood, Spotlight and All lighting modes, plus slow, fast and alternating strobe. The light follows the gimbal, or can be fixed in position, and tilts from -90° to +90° to light directly overhead.

AS2 Speaker, 120 dB: A 35 W speaker with an effective broadcast distance of 400 m, up from 300 m on the DJI AS1.

Flexible broadcasting: Real-time broadcasting with echo cancellation, recordings, media import and text-to-speech.

Five-colour warning light: A built-in red, blue, green, white and yellow strobe on the speaker, to support search and rescue operations.
