DJI launches FlyCart 100 delivery drone
DJI FlyCart 100 is a heavy-lift cargo drone. It has a 80kg maximum payload capacity and is equipped with intelligent cargo handling capabilities.
DJI has officially launched the FlyCart 100, its most powerful cargo drone to date, setting a new benchmark for industrial aerial logistics.
Unveiled to the Chinese market earlier this week, the FlyCart 100 is engineered for mission-critical operations, particularly in challenging environments.
With a maximum takeoff weight of 149.9 kg, it can carry an 80 kg payload capacity with a single battery, or 65 kg payload with dual batteries.

It has a 26 km range when flying without a payload, or can fly for 6 km (fully-loaded, single battery) or 12 km (fully-loaded, dual batteries).
FlyCart 100 has two methods of carrying cargo - a flagship hoist system with retractable rope, and a dual-electric version with a fixed rope.

For safety, it is equipped with a new LiDAR millimeter-wave radar, five-directional vision array, plus built-in parachute.
The drone - which supports fast-charging - is rated IP55, allowing operation in dust, light rain. It can handle wind speeds up to 12 m/s and can function in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C. FlyCart 100 can also reach altitudes up to 6,000 metres.
Operators can manage missions using the RC Plus 2 controller, featuring a 7-inch high-brightness display. The aircraft can be used with the DJI Delivery app, plus DJI Driver, which is a one-stop aerial transportation cloud platform.
The FlyCart 100 follows the DJI FlyCart 30 - and brings several key upgrades, including heavier payload capacity.
Currently, FlyCart 30 is the only FlyCart available outside of China. We'll watch to see if and when the FlyCart 100 - which offers an even more versatile and robust solution for heavy-duty aerial logistics - is released to the global market.
