DJI Mavic 4 Pro Parallel Charging Hub Guide

Learn how to use the DJI Mavic 4 Pro Parallel Charging Hub to charge batteries, transfer power between them, and supply power to external devices.

In this guide, you'll learn how to:

  • How to mount and remove batteries from the charging hub.

  • Charging methods using different DJI power adapters.

  • LED indicators and what they mean during charging.

  • Using the hub to charge external devices via USB-C.

  • Activating and managing power accumulation between batteries.

The DJI Mavic 4 Pro Parallel Charging Hub allows you to:

  • Charge multiple batteries

  • Accumulate power into a single high-level battery

  • Power external devices using stored battery energy

Follow the steps below to get the most out of your charging setup and keep your equipment ready for flight.

Mounting and removing batteries

  • Insert the battery into the charging hub and press until you hear a click.

  • To remove a battery, press and hold the battery release button, then push the battery downward.

Charging Batteries

The DJI Mavic Charging Hub supports different charging behaviours depending on the power adapter used—either charging batteries simultaneously or in sequence based on their charge levels.

Using the DJI Mavic 240W Power Adapter (via Mini SDC port)

Charges up to three batteries simultaneously. It first equalises all batteries to the same level, then fully charges them together.

Using the DJI 100W USB-C Power Adapter or another USB charger

Charges the battery with the highest level first. Remaining batteries charge in order based on power levels.

Status LED Indicators:

  • Blinking green: Charging in progress

  • Solid green: Charging complete

Charging external devices

  • Connect your external device (e.g. phone or laptop) to the USB-C port on the charging hub.

  • Press the function button – the status LED will turn solid green, indicating charging has started.

  • To stop charging, disconnect the device.

Note: Charging external devices increases overall battery charge time.

Power Accumulation Mode

  • Allows remaining energy from lower-level batteries to be transferred to the battery with the highest power level.

  • Insert multiple batteries into the hub.

  • Press and hold the function button until the status LED turns green (pulsing).

  • To stop, press and hold the function button again until the LED turns yellow.

Important: Charge the low-power battery after power accumulation to prevent over-discharge.

Summary

From mounting and removing batteries to charging multiple units and powering external devices, the hub offers a flexible power solution. You can also transfer energy between batteries using the power accumulation feature.

Follow the steps above to keep your gear charged and ready to fly.
