DJI Matrice 300 RTK
DJI has launched the M300 RTK - a next-level commercial drone platform which offers enhanced flight performance and unrivalled safety features.
With a 55 minute maximum flight time, advanced AI capabilities, six directional sensing and positioning and the ability to carry three payloads - including hybrid camera solutions designed especially for the platform - this IP45-rated drone sets a new standard, combining intelligence with reliability.
The M300 RTK comes with free DJI Enterprise Shield (DJI Care Enterprise) - Basic to give operators peace of mind when conducting commercial missions. The protection package includes two replacements for a minimal replacement fee.

The DJI M300 RTK sets a new standard for drone capability and reliability. The aircraft’s refined airframe and propulsion system design ensures a more efficient and stable flight, even in harsh and difficult conditions.
The aircraft has an increased wind resistance of 15m/s and benefits from an improved IP Rating over it's predecessor. The M300 RTK is an IP45-rated drone meaning that this new release aircraft can withstand more extreme conditions.


IP45 Rating and Waterproofing
IP45 means that the M300 RTK is protected against solid objects greater than 1mm, such as screws and wires.
In terms of the M300 RTK’s waterproofing, the IP45 rating means that the aircraft is protected against low pressure jets of water (splashing water) from any angle. DJI has stated that the drone can withstand rain of 100mm/24h.
To supplement the IP45 rating, the drone can operate in temperatures from -20°C to 50°C, making it a safe and effective platform in a variety of challenging environments.
Maximum Flight Time
The drone’s maximum flight time is 55 minutes (without payload) or 31 minutes when it is at its maximum take-off weight of 9kg.
When carrying the new H2OT sensor, the M300 RTK can stay airborne for up to 42 minutes, or 45 minutes when integrated with either an XT2 or Z30.
Maximum Flight Speed
The DJI M300 RTK has a maximum speed of 23m/s - which equates to just over 51mph and in almost 83kph.
The M300 RTK has a maximum descent speed of 7m/s, ensuring a quick landing. It can also achieve a 7,000m service ceiling.

The M300 RTK can carry up to three payloads simultaneously (single upward and dual downward gimbal configuration). This means that you can configure the drone to fit your mission needs.
This sturdy aircraft has been built to carry a maximum payload capacity of 2.7kg, achieving a 31 minute flight time when it is fully loaded.
The payload options make the M300 RTK an incredibly versatile aircraft, suitable for search and rescue, law enforcement and public safety, inspection, and aerial surveying.
DJI cameras include the H20 series, and the L1 and P1 surveying options. The M300 RTK can also be integrated with third-party payloads, such as the Wingsland Z15 bright spotlight, the U10 methane detector, and the FLIR Vue TZ20 dual thermal zoom camera.

The M300 RTK comes with the all new DJI Smart Controller Enterprise. This device - similar to the popular Smart Controller for the Mavic Series - features an ultra-bright 5.5-inch 1080p display which maintains clear visibility, even in direct sunlight.
Thanks to the DJI Smart Controller Enterprise, pilots are assured of aviation-grade situational awareness. The drone has a new Primary Flight Display which integrates flight, navigation, and obstacle information.


Improved Transmission System
The M300 RTK is equipped with DJI’s all new OcuSync Enterprise, which enables transmission up to 15km away (FCC, or 8KM CE) and supports triple channel 1080p video (only supported with Dual RC).
To ensure a more reliable flight near high-interference environments, the M300 RTK benefits from the ability to auto-switch between 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz in real-time.
The drone is also equipped with AES-256 encryption, offering safe and secure data transmission.
Smarter Tracking
M300 RTK operators can also utilise the PinPoint, SmartTrack and Location Sharing functions to maximise efficiency. So, how do the Smart Pin and Track functions (only supported when aircraft paired with H20 Series) help?
PinPoint: A quick tap marks an object in view, and advanced sensor fusion algorithms immediately deliver its coordinates.
SmartTrack: Identify and follow moving subjects with the auto-zoom function, while acquiring the subject;s dynamic location.
Location Sharing: When PinPoint or SmartTrack is enabled, the subject’s location can be projected across multiple camera views to another remote controller or shared through online platforms, such as DJI FlightHub (support for location sharing via DJI FlightHub coming soon).


Advanced Dual Control
The DJI M300 RTK comes with advanced dual control. This enables operators to switch aircraft control in-flight, greatly aiding complex or long-distance missions.
Thanks to Advanced Dual Control, BVLOS missions are now possible. This option means that, with just a single tap, either operator can obtain control of the aircraft or payload. This enables the drone to take-off and land in different locations with different pilots and creates new possibilities for mission strategies, as well as higher flexibility during operations.

The sophisticated M300 RTK has been built to maximise efficiency and provide accurate data capture - thanks to the drone’s new Smart Inspection capabilities, which include:
Live Mission Recording: Record mission actions such as aircraft movement, gimbal orientation, photo shooting, and zoom level to create sample mission files for future automated inspections.
AI Spot-Check (only supported with H20 payloads): Automate routine inspections and capture consistent results every time. Onboard AI recognises the subject of interest and identifies it in subsequent automated missions to ensure consistent framing. This means that when the mission is executed next time, the gimbal will automatically search the framed object to deliver accurate and consistent results.
Waypoints 2.0: Create up to 65,535 waypoints and set multiple actions for one or more payloads, including third-party ones, at each waypoint. Flightpath planning is also optimised to maximise flexibility and efficiency for your missions.


Advanced Flight Safety
To enhance in-flight safety and aircraft stability, dual-vision and TOF sensors appear on all six sides of the aircraft, offering a maximum detection range of up to 40m, with options to customise the aircraft’s sensing behavior via the DJI Pilot App.
Even in complex operating environments, this six Directional Sensing and Positioning system helps keep the aircraft and the mission safe.

TB60 Intelligent Flight Battery
With this new drone comes a new battery, in the form of the TB60 Intelligent Flight Battery.
TB60 is high-capacity and hot-swappable, enabling operators to change batteries without powering off, saving time during critical missions.


BS60 Battery Station for M300
The new Battery Station helps you take your flight further. This sophisticated power bank manages up to eight flight batteries and four remote controller batteries, while fast charging allows you to conduct your missions without running out of power.
This all-in-one charging and storage solution charges two batteries to full capacity within 60 minutes to enable continuous flight time.
D-RTK 2 Mobile Station
Gain improved relative accuracy with centimetre-level precision positioning data using the D-RTK 2 High Precision GNSS Mobile Station, which supports all major global satellite navigation systems and provides real-time differential corrections.
The D-RTK 2 Mobile Station for Matrice 200 Series V2 and P4R can be upgraded to support M300 RTK. The M300 RTK is also compatible with NTRIP.


CSM Radar
The CSM Radar further enhances the flight safety of the M300 RTK.
This module has 360° coverage can detect thin obstacles, such as wires and branches, and can detect objects up to 30 metres away. This is a particularly useful accessory for inspections close to powerlines or missions in complex environments.
The radar functions at night and has an IP45 rating, providing safer flights across a larger range of missions.

What Happens If You Crash?
You're a commercial drone pilot flying in complex environments; sometimes, accidents happen.
And while the M300 RTK is DJI's safest enterprise drone to date - with an array of safety and redundancy features - it is still essential to have a plan in place, in case the worst does happen.
The M300 RTK is protected by DJI Enterprise Care (Enterprise Shield), which covers against accidental damage caused by pilot error, signal interference, and collisions. It also covers against water damage.
The DJI Care Entperise Basic comes free, as standard, with the M300 RTK. This package offers two replacements (with replacement fee).
A DJI Care Enterprise Plus plan is available (to be purchased separately) which offers an unlimited number of replacements and no replacement fee, as well as a backup device service.
DJI Care Enterprise is also available on the DJI Zenmuse H20 and H20T sensors.

Answers to your most common queries.
Yes. To ensure safety, before replacing the gimbal connector, it is recommended to power off the aircraft and remove the TB60 Intelligent Flight Batteries.
The Matrice 300 RTK has a protection rating of IP45. However, the protection rating is not permanently effective and may decrease due to wear and tear. Do not fly in rain heavier than 100mm/24h.
The M300 RTK comes with standard 2110 propellers. You could also use the 2195 high altitude low-noise propellers.
With 220V power supply: It takes about 60 minutes to fully charge two TB60 Intelligent Flight Batteries; and about 30 minutes to charge them from 20% to 90%.
With 110V power supply: It takes about 70 minutes to fully charge two TB60 Intelligent Flight Batteries, and about 40 minutes to charge them from 20% to 90%.
It can simultaneously store eight TB60 Intelligent Flight Batteries and four WB37 Intelligent Batteries. It can charge two TB60 Intelligent Flight Batteries and one WB37 Intelligent Battery at the same time. Batteries with the highest battery levels will be recharged first, followed by the ones with lower levels.
- Before using, mark two TB60 Intelligent Flight Batteries as a pair that will always be charged/discharged together to ensure optimal performance.
- Do not charge immediately after a flight. Let the battery cool down to room temperature before charging.
- The ideal charging temperature of TB60 Intelligent Flight Battery is 15°C-40°C;
- The ideal storage temperature of TB60 Intelligent Flight Battery is 22°C-30°C. Make sure they are stored in an environment that is free of moisture and not in direct sunlight.
- If a battery won’t be in use for more than 10 days, discharge it until the battery level drops to 40% - 65%, and store it properly. Charge and then discharge the battery every three months to keep it healthy.
The operating temperature of the TB60 Intelligent Flight Battery is -20°C to 50°C. When the battery is used in a low-temperature environment, note that the battery life will be reduced. To optimise performance in the cold, it is recommended to warm the battery up to 15°C before use.
When charging the batteries in an environment between -20°C and 5°C, the self-heating function will be activated to raise the battery's temperature to above 5°C.
Once installed on the aircraft and the power is turned on, if the battery’s temperature is low, it will automatically self-heat to keep the temperature at about 16°C to 20°C.
The capacity of the TB60 Intelligent Flight Battery is 274 Wh and cannot be carried on board airplanes according to airline regulations.
When the battery is stored for a long time, to ensure storage safety and to extend battery life, the battery will automatically start self-discharging to about 65%. It’s normal for the battery to feel slightly warm during this process.
The M300 RTK can take off if the voltage discrepancy of the two batteries is within 0.7 V. If it is unable to take off, the app will inform you that ‘the power discrepancy in the two batteries is too large’.

No. Due to CrystalSky’s limited processing power of the CrystalSky, it cannot support advanced intelligent functions of the M300 RTK.

The M300 RTK supports the following payload configurations:

You can control the movements of each gimbal simultaneously, but you can't take photos/videos simultaneously.
No, the angle of the FPV camera cannot be changed.

When equipped with a third-party payload designed to capture data at survey-grade accuracy, the M300 RTK can be used to conduct surveying missions. The specific data accuracy depends on the performance and compatibility of the third-party cameras.
Yes. Please refer to the user manual of the M300 RTK and upgrade the firmware of the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station. Please note that different modes need to be selected when using the Mobile Station with the M210 RTK V2, Phantom 4 RTK, or M300 RTK. The D-RTK 2 mobile station only supports one of the three models at a time. For more details, please refer to the user manual.
The M300 RTK obtains real-time differential data in the following two ways:
- By connecting to the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station (RTCM3.2).
- By connecting the remote controller to an NTRIP network RTK service through a 4G dongle or a WiFi hotspot (supports RTCM3.0/RTCM3.1/RTCM3.2).
Yes, there is no limit to the number of drones that can be used simultaneously.
- Via computer: Use DJI Assistant 2 For Matrice by connecting to a computer to update the firmware of the aircraft, remote controller, and D-RTK 2 Mobile Station.
- Via DJI Pilot app: Update the firmware of the aircraft, remote controller, and BS60 Intelligent Battery Station.
