AVCS - Heading Hold System
We use this Gyro on our Trex deals, good gyro for the price. Can handle digital servos as well.
The same size as the GY240, the GY401 has upgraded functionality. Still featuring Futaba´s AVCS (Active Angular Velocity) heading hold system and SMM rate sensor the GY401 has a remote gain function. In addition it also features servo travel limiter and control delay adjustment. With high frequency digital servos now becoming the norm the GY401 has a DS (High pulse rate) switch for maximum response when used with digital servos. A key requirement for todays modern gyros.
