What if I crash?

CRASH REPAIRS GUARANTEE:

If you ordered your rc helicopter from heliguy and you are having problems repairing after a crash or you need us to build it for you then we offer a good quality and cheap service to get you airbourne again.


We will arrange pickup and redelivery of your rc helicopter for £13 (£6.50 to us and £6.50 back to you).

Hourly rate for repairs and builds is £9.50 inc VAT.

We guarantee to repair any ESKY helicopter in 2 hours.
We guarantee to repair any Trex 250, 450 in 3 hours.
We guarantee to repair any Trex 500, 600, 700 in 4 hours.

*please note the hourly rate for repair has recently changed, anyone who purchased before 11/02/09 is eligible for the £7.50 rate.

 

Other services we offer: 

 

1.Fitting of upgrades and setting up of your helicopter.

2.Setting up Helicommand 3A, 3D and Profi for your helicopter (over 75 to date (3A and 3D)).

3.Development of serious aerial applications. See a basic AP unit on a Trex 500 here.

 

Contact 30min@heliguy.com to arrange your build or repair.  To qualify for a repair or build the helicopter (or 85% of the build) must have been purchased from heliguy (this is a subsidised service).

WARNING

Please note on certain occassions spares availability can be limited. If this is the situation with a repair we can accept you sending the neccessary spares to us from another supplier. Please discuss this with a heliguy representative first. Thank you.
