With 810p/120fps video transmission quality, the lowest latency from camera capture to screen display is less than 28 ms. 

With 810p/60fps video transmission quality, the lowest latency from camera capture to screen display is less than 40 ms.

Is there only one size for the DJI FPV Goggles V2 foam padding? Can I replace it?

Yes, the DJI FPV Goggles V2 foam padding currently has two sizes. It is not recommended to detach too often. 

If the foam padding is damaged, you can purchase replacement foam padding.


What if I feel dizzy when flying the drone with DJI FPV Goggles V2 on?

Please take off the goggles and take some rest. If you feel intense discomfort, please seek medical help.


Can DJI FPV Goggles V2 connect to a smartphone?

Yes, when the goggles are connected to your smartphone, you can use the DJI Fly app to activate and update firmware for the aircraft, goggles, and remote controller. You can also share the camera view.


Does DJI FPV Goggles V2 support diopter adjustment?

No, but you can purchase corrective lenses and attach them to the DJI FPV Goggles V2.


Does DJI FPV Goggles V2 support interpupillary distance adjustment?

Yes, DJI FPV Goggles V2 supports interpupillary distance adjustment and the range is 58-70 mm.


Does DJI FPV Goggles V2 support screen recording/screenshot?

No, DJI FPV Goggles V2 only support recording the transmitted footage (excluding OSD information).


How can I connect DJI FPV Goggles V2 to a smartphone?

You can connect the DJI FPV Goggles V2 to a smartphone via an OTG cable and a Type-C or Lightning cable. 

Please note that the goggles only support standard Type-C protocols and MFI-certified Lightning cables, and non-standard cables such as the Huawei fast-charging cable are not currently supported.


What video resolution and frame rate does DJI Avata support?

DJI Avata video resolution and framerate depend on which generation of DJI Goggles it is used with.

DJI Goggles 2 support a more comprehensive range of features like head tracking and motion control with DJI Avata, but DJI FPV Goggles V2 can support the higher framerate of 120fps.


Can DJI FPV Goggles V2 be charged by third-party batteries?

The USB-C cable can only be used with the battery of the goggles. Power banks or other third-party charging devices are not supported.

Can I use DJI Avata without FPV goggles?

No, DJI Avata transmits video directly to the DJI Goggles.

A phone can be connected to DJI Goggles 2 to view the live camera feed via the DJI Fly app. This combined with the lightweight form factor of DJI Goggles 2, allow for VLOS flights, but the Goggles must be connected at all times.


Which goggles does DJI Avata support?

DJI Avata supports 

DJI Goggles 2 and DJI FPV Goggles V2.

DJI Goggles 2 are the new DJI FPV Goggles released with DJI Avata, they are smaller and lighter but provide only 100fps video transmission at 2.7k & 1080p, where the previous generation DJI Goggles V2 provide 120fps at 2.7k & 1080p.

The new DJI Goggles 2 are available as part of the DJI Avata Premium Combo and DJI Goggles V2 available with the DJI Avata Smart Combo.


Which remote controllers does DJI Avata support?

DJI Avata supports DJI Motion Controller and DJI FPV Remote Controller 2.

DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 is the standard FPV controller released with the DJI FPV Drone and is available for purchase separately.
