DJI Mavic Pro - Your Personal Drone

The DJI Mavic Pro is the most portable and versatile quadcopter that DJI have ever created. The Mavic Pro can be easily stored and transported, even in your back pocket!

The 4K camera and 3 axis gimbal give you great footage and stills and the 27 minute flight time means you'll always have a chance to capture the perfect moment.

You can even fly the Mavic just using your mobile phone, without the need for a remote, by using virtual joysticks in the DJI GO app, or by using the revolutionary gesture control.

This bundle of technology comes at an incredible price. You can buy the Mavic Pro with remote for just £1,099, or order a combo package which includes spare batteries, shoulder bag and other extras for just £1,359.

The Mavic is also compatible with the recently released DJI Goggles for FPV.

We now have both the standalone quadcopter and the Fly More combo in stock in the UK and ready to send. You'll get free UK delivery and UK support.

You can now also buy the new Mavic Pro Platinum range, which features quieter flight and a stunning new platinum coloured exterior! The Mavic Pro Platinum is also available as a standalone drone or in a Fly More Combo package.

Getting the Mavic Pro through heliguy™ means that the whole process is managed from beginning to end. We are the oldest and most experienced DJI retailer in the UK and have a great deal of experience in managing the order and import process, especially with a new product launch.

We now also stock a wide range of Mavic Pro accessories. Whether you need spare batteries, filters, remote controllers, chargers or any other spare part, we can help! Use the filters on the left of the page to find exactly what you need more easily.

This quadcopter and all accessories are available on 0% finance. For more information on our finance system, click here.

Mavic Pro Battery Life

The new Mavic Pro Battery provides up to 27 minutes of flight time. This means the Mavic will stay in the air for longer, giving you the opportunity to capture more footage and stills.

They're also extremely compact and lightweight, allowing you to increase the length of your filming sessions considerably without being weighed down with extra gear.

The Mavic battery also has built-in sensors and LEDs that feedback real-time information to your remote control and mobile device to ensure you always know how your drone is performing and how much flight time remains.

The batteries can be charged with the car charger or charging hub.

Mavic Pro Intelligent Flight Battery
Mavic Pro Obstacle Avoidance

Advanced Obstacle Avoidance

When you're flying your Mavic you're probably going to come across a few obstacles now and then - as all quadcopter pilots do.

But luckily the Mavic Pro features advanced obstacle avoidance technology that will help the drone avoid anything blocking its path.

This new technology is called 'SkyAutonomy' and can sense obstacles at a distance of up to 15m (49ft).

The drone will then use its various flying capabilities to slow rapidly or hover to prevent any damage.

Ultra Compact True 4K Camera

The Mavic Pro quadcopter features a true 4K camera. There is no digital stabilisation, meaning that there are no lost pixels.

You can shoot in 4K resolution at 30fps, or 1080p resolution at up to 96fps.

Stills are shot at a maximum of 4000x3000 and burst shooting is available too at 3, 5 or 7 shot intervals.

The portability of the DJI Mavic Pro (and Pro Platinum) once again comes into play here, as you'll be able to shoot how you want when you want, wherever you want.

Mavic Pro 4K Camera
Mavic OcuSync Remote

Increased Range with OcuSync

Another new DJI technology featured on the Mavic Pro is the OcuSync transmission system.

This unique technology surpasses WiFi as a transmission protocol, both in terms of quality, speed and range.

With the Mavic Pro's controller, you will be able to fly the drone at a range of 4.3 miles or 7 kilometres.

This includes a 1080p or 720p live feed so that you can always frame the shot you need while your quadcopter is in the air.

TapFly Mode

TapyFly mode on the Mavic drone makes it really simple for beginners to fly their craft.

It's as simple as tapping the DJI GO app to launch the quadcopter and selecting where you want the craft to go on the screen.

This opens up the use of the DJI Mavic Pro to even novice pilots.

You can also independently control the camera while flying, choosing how to frame and focus your video footage or photograph.

DJI Mavic Pro Tapfly Function

Sports Mode

The Mavic can reach a top speed of 40mph in sports mode.

This will cater to users hoping to race their quadcopter.

The Mavic will remain stable, even when you're filming at high speed, thanks to its 3-axis gimbal.

Mavic Pro Sports Mode

Multiple Sensors for Redundancy

The DJI Mavic has gone big on redundancy, giving you two of every major sensor.

This means if something on the quadcopter fails, there is always a backup to ensure that the aircraft can return to home.

ActiveTrack Technology

The Mavic also supports DJI's ActiveTrack technology. This allows you to follow your subject with the camera with total ease.

Create amazing tracking shots in profile, spotlight or trace.

Video can be streamed back to your mobile device at 1080p or 720p depending on how you're operating the drone.

Is the Mavic Pro suitable for commercial use?

The Mavic can produce some fantastic imagery, and provided you have the relevant CAA PfCO permissions here in the UK, you'll be able to fly the Mavic professionally. However, for those looking to use their drone as a business asset, we suggest the more powerful Inspire 2 range.

Is the Mavic a suitable first drone?

Definitely. In fact, we'd suggest it's probably one of the most user-friendly DJI drone on the market, letting you fly in a range of situations. The 'Beginner' mode within the DJI GO app will also help you understand the basics controls and make you more confident prior to exploring other flight modes. If you're new to drones or quadcopters in general, we suggest reading our Beginners Guide to Quadcopters before making your purchase.
