Heliguy is a dynamic, high growth business with years of experience in supplying, building and training people to safely operate both professional and consumer drones. Currently operating from our North Shields HQ, we have big ambitions to grow.

Our products are in high demand from many markets, the drone ecosystem is growing rapidly and we strive to be at the forefront. Our clients include everyone from industrial surveyors to film producers. We have built drones that were used on Game of Thrones, Star Wars VII and James Bond, as well as various BBC productions and Grand Designs. Our builds have also been put to work surveying wind turbines and oil rigs.

E-Commerce Stock Manager


Are you organised, have experience in working in our warehouse and have a strong interest in UAV technology?

Can you deal with suppliers to ensure stock is perfectly controlled?

Have you maintained annual daily, weekly and monthly statistics in a previous role?

Do you have an interest in drones and UAV technology?

Heliguy, a growing company based in North Shields, are interested in speaking to candidates that have experience in warehouse management. There is potential to move into a separate department depending on your skillset and abilities.

Some of the qualities we’re looking for in this role include:

  • Organisational Skills: You’ll be heavily involved in dispatch - can you effectively organise a warehouse to make sure that our customers always receive their products efficiently?
  • IT Knowledge: The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of stock control systems and some experience working in an e-commerce warehouse. It’s not an absolute requirement - but it will help you hit the ground running.
  • Attention to Detail: Being involved in shipping products and managing new orders from our suppliers, we need a candidate who sticks to every deadline they set. The ideal candidate will work efficiently but accurately, ensuring delivery deadlines are always met.
  • Intelligence: This position requires ongoing contact and relationship building with some of the biggest companies in the drone industry. You’ll need to work hard to ensure that Heliguy is always fully stocked of key lines and that we keep building strong relationships with our suppliers.
  • Passion: We want everyone who works here to have a real passion for what we do. Part of the reason that our customers come back to us time and time again is that we display this passion publicly from every area of the business, our warehouse should be no different.


Job Role

You will be working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday at our offices in North Shields, Tyne & Wear. Your role is to manage our significant inventory, ensuring that all orders are dispatched on time. In addition, you’ll be dedicating time to administering stock control, planning new orders with our suppliers and maintaining accurate records for the business.



  • An organised individual who can hit deadlines week after week, month after month.
  • Some experience of working in an e-commerce warehouse involved in dispatching stock to customers.
  • Smart, intelligent individual who is dynamic with high energy for wanting to achieve things.
  • Passionate about delivering the very best in customer experience.
  • Be able to use numeracy, literacy and problem-solving skills on a regular basis, day in, day out.
  • Able to display energy, intelligence and attitude in abundance.


Job Offer

Salary starting from £15,000 - £18,000 depending on experience.
